The bamboo forest in Ouma has the largest area of bamboo forest in Japan, and is also famous for producing bamboo shoots.

The area of the park is approximately 3.0 ha (ha).

Among them, there are said to be 150 types of bamboo and bamboo from Japan and China.

It has been selected as one of the Environment Agency's [100 Best Scented Landscapes], and the lush bamboo leaves with the gentle breeze.

It is said that the refreshing scent unique to bamboo can be felt in March and April.

I went to shoot in mid-October.

Finally, the heat has subsided and I don't have to worry about walking outside.

It was my first time to visit this place, and I had heard for a long time that it was a place where you could get delicious bamboo shoots.

The season is early spring, and many people go out to pick bamboo shoots around this time.

I like the scenery of the Ariake Sea, but I didn't think about it much because I wanted to see a different scenery every now and then.

I went out thinking that bamboo forests might be interesting too.

Before going, I did some research on what bamboo is and where it is located.

I found out that there is a famous Ouma bamboo forest near Fukuoka.

There are bamboo forests everywhere, but the bamboo forest in Ouma is maintained as a park.

There are various types of bamboo available.

Although I did not take many photos, it will be useful for future photography.

I have a feeling it will be interesting to see how to cut bamboo.

I usually take a lot of photos of the sea, but this day I had a different kind of stimulation and it was fun.
